Tom Kamkari fake arrest made up charges

I Tom Kamkari, just love how people can just post whatever they want about you on blogger, no matter if its true or not.  Some low life has posted lot of false info about me here on blogger, all false info, they falsly accuse me of being arrested for made up charges (pedophelia) and even have made up quotes from me, this is really bad, I'm all for complete freedom on the INTERNET but not if it means people can  post false info and try and defame and use made up info to slander my good name or anybody else's. google and blogger should be ashamed of themselves for letting things like this go, I have contacted google and blogger repeatedly about his Defamatory post and they keep telling me they can't remove it, this is purely false/madeup info in order to Defame and slander my good name, I have provided proof that the Defamatory post is false and down right wrong, but they wont' take it down.

In short I can make up a post here with your real name, and say whatever I want and you can't do a thing about it, I can call you a thief, child molester, bigamist, or what ever you can think of, and basically Defame and slander your name with purely and completely madeup false info, and google and blogger will do nothing about it, here is what they have to say:

What is Defamation?
False and untrue communication published with the specific intent of injuring another person’s reputation
Injured person must be identifiable
Libel—written form of defamation; Slander—oral form of defamation

We do not remove allegedly defamatory content from www.google.com or any other U.S. dot com domains.

US domain sites such as Google.com, Blogger, Page Creator, etc. are sites regulated only by U.S. law. Given this fact, and pursuant to Section 230(c) of the Communications Decency Act, we do not remove allegedly defamatory material from U.S. domains. The only exception to this rule is if the material has been found to be defamatory by a court, as evidenced by a court order.

The language of Section 230(c) of the Communications Decency Act fundamentally states that Internet services like Google.com, Blogger and many of Google’s other services are republishers and not the publisher of that content. Therefore, these sites are not held liable for any allegedly defamatory, offensive or harassing content published on the site.
So in short anybody can defame and slander your good name, and google is fine with that.

Thanks a lot google, as usual your are a stand up company that cares about people, NOT.

Thanks for nothing google.

P.S. Of course if you work for google or are affiliated then I'm sure the content will be removed, seeing how google is a hypocrite when it comes to everything.
